Principle and co-founder
Clayton co-founded Stratos Development Inc pursuant to his talent and passion for architeture and the development and construction process. As corporate principal, Clayton has decades of experience analyzing and implementing and building construction projects in the lucrative California and Hawaii real estate theaters. His portfolio covers a broad range of products from custom homes and speculative projects to apartment complexes to mixed use developments. Clayton also is a lifelong musician, song writer, recording artist and painter. He enjoys cycling though the coastal hills on weekends.

Received her JD from Marquette University Law School and a BA in Business Administration from Mount Mary College. As co-founder of Stratos Development Inc Tracey brings decades of experience in real estate, law, accounting and business. Her unparalleled talent and passion for design adds value to every phase of the development process.
