Principal and co-founder
Clayton co-founded Stratos Development Inc. pursuant to his talent and passion for architecture and the development and construction process. As corporate principal, Clayton has decades of experience analyzing, implementing, and building construction projects in the California and Hawaii real estate markets. His portfolio covers a broad range of project types from custom homes and speculative projects to apartment complexes and mixed-use developments. Clayton is also a lifelong musician, songwriter, recording artist, and painter. He enjoys cycling through the coastal hills on weekends.

Received her JD from Marquette University Law School and a BA in Business Administration from Mount Mary College. As co-founder of Stratos Development Inc., Tracey brings decades of experience in real estate, law, accounting, and business. Her unparalleled talent and passion for design add value to every phase of the development process.
